What better way to enjoy all that Dartmoor has to offer than to take a picnic out with you? And what more civilised way of organising a picnic than having the food all boxed up and delivered to your door? You just need to bring the blanket.

Vietnamese crab salad (subject to availability - white crab meat only)
Roasted vegetable and couscous salad
Cumin-roasted butternut squash and quinoa salad, with feta
Broad bean, pea and garden mint salad with lemon oil and pecorino (add crispy Parma ham?)
Chicken and avocado mixed leaf salad, with crispy bacon
Tabouleh (bulghur wheat with tomatoes, mint, parsley, lemon, olive oil)
King prawn and fresh mango herb salad, with a lime and coriander dressing

Sandwiches or rolls can be made to order, and bread and drinks can all be provided in your hamper.
