Buffet menu

The dishes below are a sample of some of the things we can prepare for you, but do let us know if you have something specific in mind, or a special diet to cater for. All of the items are freshly prepared and delivered cold for collection or delivery, or can be set up in your own home. Prices start at just £5 per person.

Any of the items on the canapé menu can be added to the buffet.

 

Nibbly things

• Griddled chicken breast skewers

• King prawns with garlic and chilli

• Local cocktail sausages with a honey and mustard dressing

• Halloumi and slow roasted Mediterranean vegetable kebabs (v)

• Caramelised red onion and apricot sausage rolls

• Whole rainbow trout (or salmon - your choice!) baked en papillote with white wine, garlic and dill

• Marmalade-roasted gammon slices

• Roast chicken breast

• Asparagus and Devon blue quiche (v)

• Leek, smoked bacon and Quickes smoked cheddar quiche

 

Fork sides

• Cumin-roasted butternut squash with feta, cinnamon couscous and roasted pumpkin seeds

• Wild rice and peas, with red onion and toasted almonds

• Pasta and pesto salad, with cherry tomatoes, pecorino romano shavings and toasted pine nuts

• Asparagus and local soft quail egg, with Dartmouth hot smoked salmon and baby leaves

• Halloumi and pomegranate rocket salad, with fresh fennel and a lemon and garlic dressing

• Soba noodles with pak choi, toasted sesame seeds, spring onions and torn chicken

• Homemade coleslaw

• New potato salad with fresh chives and juicy peas
